When I am in Chicago, I like staying here. The hotel is immaculately clean, staff are hospitable and breakfast is marvellous. The rooms are good sized with a tub. The property offers favourable location close to everything. The hotel provides a great service. Besides, you can park your car nearby.

Generally, the place was quirky and had super-friendly staff on that floor with another staff member. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to the Chicago Loop and centre and the trains and busses. It also was close to train station.

Great and stunning location, within walking distance of Chicago City Hall. Just 10 min walk to downtown.

The hotel was in a good location close to parks and a river. We also went to city center, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

Thank you for an excellent stay. Great service, the breakfast is very good and excellent. It has great location to see a super - tall skyscraper. It's based in comfortable area, to everything we came to see in Chicago.

Central location close to attractions in Chicago with great views. Also - not far from downtown and train station, State street shops, and the bus stop that runs exclusive to the United Center.

Beds were a little hard.

Its location just a short stroll away from a public art sculpture was marvellous. It was located in a great area just off subway and bus as well as State street shops, theaters, more.

We had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and had a variety of options. The location was perfect, as it was close to Millennium Park and within walking distance to all the attractions and shopping. The staff, including the kitchen staff, cleaners, receptionists, and door staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made our stay special and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Felt really special, couldn't find any reason to complain.

We had a great stay at this hotel where we felt secure and comfortable in the modern bathroom and cozy bed, and it's conveniently located in the theater district with a Protein Bar & Kitchen nearby for a quick refreshment.

The staff were helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was really good. I appreciated having a kitchenette. Besides, the property had free Wi-Fi.

Its location is great and amazing, a short way from Cibc Theatre. Set in 10 minutes' walk to the heart of the city, and the employee are exceptionally wonderful.
